This applies to both digital downloads and physical merchandise, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (for merchandise) or technical issues (for digital downloads).

 

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been delivered or downloaded. This applies to all types of digital content sold through this site, including but not limited to artwork, audio, video, documents, templates, and design assets.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you.

 

Physical Merchandise

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received. To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Approved claims will be handled at our discretion.

We are not responsible for customer errors such as incorrect shipping information or mishandling of items after delivery.
